The Yauza — an urban enfilade
The students analyzed the coastal areas, the surrounding areas and proposed a development concept that would reveal the river's potential. All design solutions are based on six main principles:
ecological balance, new pedestrian routes, modern transport policy, regulation of new buildings, new functional content, revealing of the territory's identity.

Levis Music Project
The Moscow music school team developed a six-month educational program, provided the technical setup, space and teaching staff. The result is 16 graduates with their own material.

ArchCluster: reconstruction of the Novosukharevsky market office building
The first realized building of Melnikov in Moscow has become a landmark cultural object — the ArchCluster for students / scholars who are passionate about architecture. They may work on competitive projects under the guidance of curators. The space also includes an exhibition and lecture space, a print shop and a creative supplies store. And the premises of the former warehouse now includes workshops, a school of landscape design and plant growing for residents.

Interior design of the Khudozhestvenny cinema
The project concept is based on the connection between the past and the ultra-modern. The authors tried to preserve value and history of Moscow's oldest cinema and introduce modern materials, design and function. The design is a play of colors, reflections and light. This is the concept of an intelligent cultural space for premieres, concerts, exhibitions, lectures and also for the best movies.

The students developed an app for attracting visitors to the park including navigation, a showcase, learning components, entertainment and AR routes. The AR route Ecolife is highlighted in a separate block. It is aimed at attracting people to greening the park and forming an ecological culture in society.

Checkup is an app for monitoring your health. The project reminds and makes appointments to the specialist doctors; collects all information about the state of health, analyzes, doctors' conclusions; gives personalized advice on diet and lifestyle based on the collected data.

Cultural Center Elevator
The reconstruction project of the elevator building in Chelyabinsk. The project goal was to adapt the premises as a cultural center. The authors designed an exhibition center, coworking space, cafes, cinemas, classrooms for art activities. The project is in search of investment for implementation.

The project is based on an abandoned Rakushka bar building in Troparyovo-Nikulino District. The author reconstructs the interior space of this remarkable building and develops an extension that fits into the existing architectural ensemble. The former pub becomes a museum, combining a cultural center, exhibition space with lecture halls.

The puppet cartoon is dedicated to the problem of fires in Australia. The students shot a two-minute frame-by-frame video to support Australia in a difficult environmental situation and the upcoming holiday — Valentine's Day (the project was developed in January 2020).

The project introduces a new function for an abandoned pharmaceutical plant in Moscow. The design solution combines the functions of a co-living and a bath complex with a traditional Russian bath. The co-living provides residents with all the necessary spaces to live, work, and socialize, while the bath complex forms a community by accommodating a large recreation area as an attractive feature in a bustling metropolis.
